Mark your calendars. We are back in Niagara-on-the-Lake for our annual meeting and educational conference.

This time it will be a full day event featuring presentations on honour killings, nonviolent infant deaths and forensic entomology. Our evening speaker is Dan Tromatter who is a facilitator, speaker and magician. He will use will use humour, magic, optical illusions and case studies to show how you can challenge your assumptions (and those made by your colleagues) to make life better.

OCA Tour 2017
23rd Annual Ontario Coroners, Pathologists & General Physicians trip to Germany
September 27 – October 9, 2017
Join this fascinating tour featuring a European Rivers & Castles River Cruise with the luxury AMA Waterways followed by an extension trip to Berlin. Your tour starts in Luxembourg where you will begin an 8 day deluxe River Cruise onboard AMA Waterways ship, “AmaDante”, travelling along three of Germany’s most famous rivers. Enjoy the peaceful Mosel River with its steep hillsides and endless vineyards. Experience the dramatic scenery of the Rhine River Gorge, dotted with picturesque fortresses and castle ruins. Finally, you sail on the Main River, stopping at quaint medieval towns before cruising through the Main-Danube Canal to Nuremberg. Following disembarkation, you will transfer through the German countryside with a stop enroute in Leipzig then on to Berlin for a 4 night stay. Here you will enjoy a full day guided city tour of Berlin featuring Kurfurstendamm, Potsdamer Platz, Brandenberg Gate, Holocaust Memorial and more. A day trip will also be made to Potsdam visiting the New Palace and Park Sanssouci among other sights.
